I was up bright and early this morning for some reason so I spent some time getting my house back into somewhat-presentable shape. I did some dishes and laundry and Spindle helped while the rest of the family slept in. I don’t feel sore at all from skiing yesterday which is something I didn’t expect. I do have bruises on my shins from the boots, but at least I can move. When hubster got up we made bacon and eggs.

I finished Patient Zero by Jonathan Maberry last night. It is a really awesome book. The story line follows the use of biological weapons and the resulting zombie-like people that are created as a result of using these weapons. The main character is very well-developed and there is a bit of humor thrown in for good measure. Definitely read it if you like sci-fi.

I think I am going to spend the rest of day spinning, working on my blog, reading, making cards and/or playing farmville.
